Pathways Health Ltd v Moxon [2013] NZEmpC 18 & Moxon v Pathways Health Ltd t/a Pathways [2011] NZERA Christchurch 151 BuckettLaw acted for a doctor who had received an unjustified warning at work. BuckettLaw challenged the warning in the Employment Relations Authority and the warning was removed from the record and the doctor received compensation for hurt and humiliation and a substantial contribution to her legal costs. The employer then appealed the quantum of the award of legal costs, which we successfully defended and received an addition legal costs award for.
